Two months to ideally traverse Italy, following the rhythm of the grapes and the birth of wine: from the earliest harvests for white and sparkling wines to the later harvests, from the vineyard to the cellar, from pressing to fermentation, from the aromas of the must to the first tastes of a wine taking shape.

Abundance is the key to understanding Sicily in its many facets: from one side of the island to the other, there are endless solutions for itineraries lasting a few hours, days, or weeks.

Chianti Rufina is one of the smallest and most distinctive wine areas within the broader Chianti DOCG. It has the grace of Tuscany, the history of old estates, and the bright, savoury character of Sangiovese shaped by altitude and cool evening air.

The region is particularly famous for its refined cuisine that fuses tradition with creativity, and its prestigious wines that echo the history and culture of this beautiful land. Let’s embark on a journey to explore the local cuisine and wine highlights of Piedmont.
